Okay. Yay! I finally get to write this after losing 10kg. My tips on losing weight the RIGHT way.
1. Eat healthily. Stop eating chocolate, soft drinks, ICE CREAM. You can have em twice a month but in moderation. Have that discipline in you.
2. Exercise honey! Aerobically. Running is the best way.
3. Don't just exercise, do it consistently. You're not gonna get anything by doing it once a week.
4. Never skip breakfast. Eat 6/5 small meals a day. Think of your stomach as a fireplace, you need fire to keep it burning. If you do that, your fats gets burn faster. When you exercise, your 'fireplace' burns alot! So, keep putting in food every 3/4 hourly or so to keep it high.
5. Get the right music when running. Here's a sample of my playlist when i'm running.

6.You must LOVE running, don't just run for the sake of losing weight. IF you love running, you'll be losing weight in no time.
7. Do this, when I run, i'll see a lamp post 400 metres away, i'll run to it, walk for 10-20 seconds, and run to your next object. Keep doing that and walah! You'll run 2 km without even noticing it.
8. Ah yes. My favourite rule. I sleep at 12 to 3 am most of the time. Strictly no CARBS food after 9pm.
9. Keep your motivation high! You have to tell people that you're exercising so they expect a result from you. Once they see the results, the compliments will be music to your ears and it will even motivate you to lose more weight. Also, lets say, you can't fit into these jeans, exercise till you can fit into them!
10. Drink plenty of plain water! Drink orange juice after exercising so you'll have enough energy till the end of the day.
