Cherios to the new skin. I love it. It was bloody tiresome spending 3 hours editing the skin and everything but well worth it just like my coldplay tickets! Haha.
I was suppose to go cardio training yesterday but then, family had plans so... we went to the flyer, then ate popeye's and then ate some ice-cream there. After eating the ice-cream, i felt really really guilty eating everything. So, today will be my extreme work-out day. Getting those fats from yesterday off. Thanks to those who complimented me about my weight loss, i appreciate it. I'm officially 10kg lighter than when I was in late november. Whee. If i can do it, so can you. Its all about mental strength. My next post will be about tips. What to do and what not to do.
