When working out becomes fun.

I'm starting out a new thing where, I can keep track of my 'fun' regime. Haha. I'll be posting up my workouts schedule right here in this blog. For 2 reasons, firstly, anyone out there who's up for a change in life, can follow it. And secondly, to see the improvements that i'll be making in the next year or so. So today's exercise went like this.

29/03/09
3.4km Run.
30 minutes of weight lifting.
120 Sit ups.
Weight: 68.7


I'll be writing this stats accurately everytime i blog.
A tip for all of you out there, don't think working out as a 'chore'. It becomes fun after a few run outs and then its no more of a 'chore'
