2 more days to attachment and I can't wait for it to end. The clinician this time around is killing me. Too health conscious. Too much by the book. Urggh.

Haha. You guys can see that losing weight is not easy. Over the past 5 days, my weight decresed by 0.5kg. You will see the changes 2 to 3 months from now. Just don't give up. I know you guys out there who are determined, can do it. Its all on mind endurance. For those who already has a flat stomach, this website is a great guide on toning your body.
